There’s a roach on the ground crawling- when we told waitress about it she was like “what’s the big deal? You guys are so meddlesome!” We were shocked by her attitude and asked to cancel our order and leave. The waitress just scorned and said “whatever you like!” This is the most horrible service (and disgusting hygiene condition) I’ve ever met in HK. I feel ashamed also - I was originally from Shandong and what they do is such a disgrace!
