I got the similar feeling about this restaurant. I reserved a boat for two people few days in advance and the booking was confirmed. On the day before the reserved day, they informed me that they messed up the appointment and could not offer us a boat. If I wanted to keep the appointment, I have to either finish the dinner in an hour (finish the dinner before 7:30pm.) or have the dinner in their shop. It completely does not make any sense to me. Imagine that I spend over 1k for two persons but we need to finish the dinner so rush. When I asked them how they choose the client to be suffered, they just simply ignored me. I got a feeling that they choose the group with more people so that they can earn more. My whole plan was screwed up by their "business decision". It is so annoying. The rule of thumb of running restaurant is to respect and be fair to the client. If you really want to try this restaurant, I strongly suggest you to have backup plan. But to me ( as a normal guy to enjoy dinner), I will just pass this restaurant and find other restaurant which is at least respect every single potential customer.
