Super long queues on weekends. So I switched to takeaway. They charge a dollar for EACH utensil, for instance, $1 for the bowl, $1 for the cutlery, and $1 for the bag- better to just use your own. Tried their signature Stamina Butadon- the garlic pork belly rice bowl. The SS size was quite fulfilling for ladies, the rice was soft and tender, paired well with the pork oil. There were large amount of pork belly slices, and sprinkle of leeks. The sauce is moderately garlicky and you don’t get bad breath after the meal. Highly appreciated the two slices of yellow pickled radishes, to tamp down the grease from the pork.
