(1) Yuzu tsuyu tsukemenI personally thinks the tsukemen is a better alternative to the signature ramen. The texture of the noodles was al dente, much better than the ramen version. The dip was really refreshing and unique. It was not salty at all, immersed with yuzu flavour. (2) Gyoza So disappointed. The gyoza was dry and oily and the dip was not not matching. Drinks(1) Yuzu Lemonade: The drink was sweet but not that special. (2) Yuzu cocktail (run, lime juice, yuzu, honey, sparkling wine)Stron

Strong honey flavour, really sweet and easy to drink. The citrus flavour was not as strong as the ramen.
