Reasonably-priced & Good-as-usual sushi

We had been visiting this restaurant quite often given its proximity to workplace, stable food quality, reasonable prices and efficiency. We used the Genki Sushi App to line up first so didn't have to wait too long to get a table.  First of all, we started off with 海膽軍艦. The sea urchin was fresh without any weird taste and the seaweed was crispy. But the amount of sea urchin seemed to have decreased a bit compared with before.

 Then we had 赤海蝦 sushi. The red shrimps were fresh as usual but some shrimps were smaller than normal.

 I usually eat their 蒲燒鰻魚芝士卷 but I was so full that I only had the 蒲燒鰻魚 sushi. The grilled eel was yummy as usual!

Also ate their 赤貝 sushi but forgot to take a photo. Crispy but seemed a bit smaller than normal.

 Were wondering whether we should order a hand roll but then decided that 炸軟殼蟹 seemed to offer better value for money. It was really good as usual. Freshly deep-fried and served really hot. We added loads of lemon juice and they smelt so good of lemon juice. The batter was so thin. Yummy!

 Saw this Haagen Dazs seasonal limited edition Azuki Mochi on their menu and couldn't help not trying! And it cost just HKD29+10%. Not expensive.

Will definitely come back from time to time for a casual, quick and comfortable sushi meal.
