It's been a while since we came to Shugetsu since there's almost always a lineup during the lunch rush. Fortunately this was a casual day that we took off and just met quickly for lunch just as the shop was opening! Fortunately this was a casual day that we took off and just met quickly for lunch just as the shop was opening! Same as always, the noodle texture was great and the broth was done well - I believe that it was better in the past, however that could also have been since we went when the shop had JUST opened instead of when we normally go.
Wouldn't lineup for this shop in the summer heat but it's definitely worth a try for those who've never experienced it before.
