With ingredients flown in from Japan such as giant tuna collars, diners can enjoy a sumptuous medley of Japanese dishes like yakitori and grilled seafood while sipping on a curated selection of cocktails, Japanese sake and craft beers from around the world. The restaurant offers donburi set with grilled dishes during lunch and mainly a la carte izakaya dishes during the night. There were three different flavours of salt on the table namely charcoal, yuzu and shiso for pairing with skewers at guests’ preference. The grilled dishes were delicious and succulent. The sashimi was equally good. The sashimi donburi was worth trying which featured seasonal seafood and was limited only for lunch. The Kanimiso on the a la carte menu was must try. It was very satisfying with lots of crab meat and paste.
