I was there today with the kids since my wife preferred to shop alone. The boyus are a bit noisy and that did attract the attention of one of the lady, skinny/ tall with metal frame glasses. She approach me and spoke to me in Cantonese, discouraging me to cue up since may have to wait until 6pm. I ignored her and reply her in English.Well, a group of people left and we only took less thatn 20 minutes to sit down. We ordered some high tea and the services was slow and the coffee tested "normal".
Well, a group of people left and we only took less thatn 20 minutes to sit down. We ordered some high tea and the services was slow and the coffee tested "normal". Unfortunately, my son was not really felling well and he vomit on the plate. We immediately asked one of the waitress to come over but she just turn away complaining in Cantonese...something like my god, i hate this.....she did not even response to my wife that she is coming over to help.
Anyway, she came back few minute later with glooves and we actually covered the whole plate with paper before hand over to her. There was not any conversation such as any wet tissue we need or what so ever. I did not expect this type of service in such a higher clas shop. I believe that they already get used to our China counterpart and ignoring their manners and customer service attitude.
