Pistachio and chocolate hazelnut cake!

Visited Dalloyau for their cakes, I’ve been wanting to try the Pistachio and chocolate hazelnut cake for a while, and it did not disappoint. The main cake layers taste strongly of pistachio, and the moist firm texture is amazing. The hazelnut and chocolate flavours are in between the cake layers, and the three flavours overall are well-balanced. The biggest surprise for me was actually the Cocoa Delight by House Chocolatier, normally for chocolate drinks it’s either too sweet or overwhelmingly t

The main cake layers taste strongly of pistachio, and the moist firm texture is amazing. The hazelnut and chocolate flavours are in between the cake layers, and the three flavours overall are well-balanced. The biggest surprise for me was actually the Cocoa Delight by House Chocolatier, normally for chocolate drinks it’s either too sweet or overwhelmingly thick, this one has the taste of authentic high-quality chocolate, while maintaining a smooth flow down the throat.
