Ying Kee Noodle is a restaurant that opens til late night and specializes in 油渣麵 deep-fried pork lard noodles.What I liked about this place was I could customize my noodles, like what I wanted more/less and ingredients to avoid. My order was less fattier pork and more toppings (yes, you may request more toppings!)The small bowl was good enough for supper. The pork was crunchy. The broth had a strong flavor of dried mushrooms and pickled radish.Their homemade chili oil was the best! So flavorful

Chicken wings were okay, didn't expect much, just $9 for 2 wings. Just like homemade pan-fried wings.
Overall, good place for a quick supper especially after drinking!
