— I can’t believe this plate is considered an appetiser! Just look at the portion size of it! 😂 These noodles were insanely flavourfu, aromatic, and definitely had a good kick to them. The sesame dressing was fragrant but not overpowering, and went perfectly with the Sichuan spice mix which was piquant and super addicting. The noodles also had a great chew to them and perfectly cooked.

— Portion sizes really surprised me here and this was just small! Another flavour-packed dish that’s perfect for sharing and goes perfectly with a bowl of white rice! The fish slices were smooth, tender and melted in your mouth. The broth was extremely rich, savoury, with complex flavours. This also comes with vermicelli which soaked up all the goodness of the broth. Definitely recommend trying this out as it’s one of their signature dishes!

— Had to get something non-spicy to balance out all the flavours, and saw that this was a recommended dish too so I knew we had to try it out! The fried rice had a nice dry finish to it, with flavour coating each grain of rice. The chopped preserved vegetables added a nice crunch and umami profile to the dish despite there not being meat in this. This was well seasoned and just amazing overall.

— The hot pepper sauce was fiery and had a strong garlic flavour to it which went so well with the tender pieces of chicken. A great dish to start off with!
