I have always been a loyal Outback customer so when one opened in my neighbourhood, I was in heaven! This restaurant has only been opened for less than a month but we have been here three times already.Even though they are busy which is understandable as it’s obvious that they are new, they do not have enough staff to serve or clean tables, the existing staff was trying their best to do everything they could! Even though they are busy which is understandable as it’s obvious that they are new, they do not have enough staff to serve or clean tables, the existing staff was trying their best to do everything they could!
We always peep to see the amount of people and if we anticipate long wait, we will politely give the number back and inform her we will be back next time. If you can’t wait then just go to another restaurant! There is really no reason why you should stress out the receptionist or the staff.
Customers should try to be more understanding as we are always happy with their services and food quality is also good. People don’t understand that how you treat others is how you will be treated too. I have seen really rude customers who have no respect for others. So how do you expect the staff to be nice to you?
