This restaurant mainly focused its specialty in serving the japanses oriented ramen with its creamy and tasty soups with pork bones. The ramen was well handled which I can taste the spongy texture from chewing the noodles, soaked with the soup, the noodles tasted even a greater extent in the sense of enrichment. The pork meat slices inside the noodles are also delicous with the cooking sauces absorbed all into them, which i can definitely enjoy the traditional japanese style of ramen in Hong Kon
