I used one of the delivery platform to order a pick up at 12:08pm and expected delivery time was 12.34pm. I went on time and waited until 1:08pm for my meal. The receptionist was handling multiple tasks at the same time. She was so tired that couldn’t handle multiple complaints by the customers at the same time as she had to serve as a waitress for the dine in customers, cashier and manager the logistic of delivery and take out meal at the same time. It’s completely crazy. I don’t blame her but

It’s completely crazy. I don’t blame her but this place is understaffed and the fact that they give unreasonable delivery time put me off. I’m not sure who (restaurant or the delivery platform) handles the logistics but this kind of service is utterly unacceptable.
