Came to celebrate Birthday with my wife on Jan 30, 2023. We took the 4-course setdinner menu (HK$1,480 per person),To be honest, their dishes were just simply average and cannot balance with their price, but their service and environment were prefect, even their cutlery, that’s the atmosphere of old Hong Kong elegance, the historical decorations are full of story, many art masterpieces in the restaurant are the owner’s collections. Staff were very professional, friendly and sincere, they looked good with their tuxedo, keep walking around and observing every tables.
We had Duck Liver and Crispy Seafood & Scallops Balls as our starters. Duck Liver was tasty. Our soup was Lobster Bisque & Chicken Consomme with morel mushroom ravioli. We love Lobster Bisque a bit more.

Before the main dishes, there was grapefruit Sorbet, it was refreshing, and extremely effective at cleaning the tongue of any flavors left in the mouth.
