3 of us went to Al Molo for brunch today. One of us did not like the brunch menu and ordered a la carte. The waitress was plain rude to us when taking the order and we felt she looked irate. We were particularly offended when she told us, with poker face, " you should know you are not allowed to share the salad bar buffet." We found her to be absolutely rude. We decided to tell the manager and he said that it is company policy to warn all brunch customers about this (although he did apologized).

We were particularly offended when she told us, with poker face, " you should know you are not allowed to share the salad bar buffet." We found her to be absolutely rude. We decided to tell the manager and he said that it is company policy to warn all brunch customers about this (although he did apologized). We are astounded that Al Molo has such a company policy and they can do that with so little tact. After all, how could they accuse anyone of anything before it was actually committed ? If clients are actually sharing their buffet, they could charge them and do that tactfully. In any case, our mood was spoiled.
