魚Kujīt烹調得當，蕉葉保持了濕潤和風味。Uttapam使香料更突出。今晚最愛的一道菜。The fish kujit was expertly cooked and wrapped in banana leaf to retain moisture and flavor. Uttapam provided a base to allow spices to shine through. It was a wonderful homage to traditional cooking methods. My favorite dish tonight.
