Feeling tired with my previous job, I change my job and start working in Causeway Bay. I received a call from my bestie yesterday and she invited me for a meet up. Today, we are going to try a new restaurant which is located near my workplace. Walked pass Lee Gardens and Via Tokyo, We finally arrive Haven Street. Apart from the food quality, I think excellent service is also a main reason to a restaurant’s success. Although the restaurant is quite fully booked, they serve the dishes one by one to make sure they serve the best food instead of putting all on the table.For the food quality, I think the food they served is really fresh that I can taste the original taste of food instead of strong taste of seasonings. With the crispy crust and soft, juicy texture, I think Biilibala is one of the best yakitori bars I have ever tried.
Juicy’s choices:
The chicken gizzard and OX Tongue are incredible. The OX Tongue is tender and I didn’t expect that the chicken gizzard can be that juicy. From my experiences most of them are dry and hard to eat.

The Black cod is well-grilled with a crispy texture and it tastes so good with the salad dressing. I can probably finish one on my own! I first thought the Eryngii Mushroom is dry and bitter but the one here is quite juicy!
