Feeling tired with my previous job, I change my job and start working in Causeway Bay. I received a call from my bestie yesterday and she invited me for a meet up. For the food quality, I think the food they served is really fresh that I can taste the original taste of food instead of strong taste of seasonings. With the crispy crust and soft, juicy texture, I think Biilibala is one of the best yakitori bars I have ever tried.
Juicy’s choices:
The chicken gizzard and OX Tongue are incredible. The OX Tongue is tender and I didn’t expect that the chicken gizzard can be that juicy. From my experiences most of them are dry and hard to eat.

The Black cod is well-grilled with a crispy texture and it tastes so good with the salad dressing. I can probably finish one on my own! I first thought the Eryngii Mushroom is dry and bitter but the one here is quite juicy!
