This coffee shop seems to be opened by an insurance company. It is nicely located across the street from PP3. I Ordered hojicha latte and egg salad toast. The toast is crispy and tasted ok. Hojicha latte is smooth and not very sweet. The restaurant is nicely furnished so it’s overall a nice place to chill for an afternoon...One great thing is that they give away pink mask holders for free
