Came to this place for a quiet evening all by myself. The place was nearly empty when I came (~6:45pm). I was greeted by the waitress and Japanese chef. I ordered a beer and sipped while browsing through some magazines. Food arrived after 15-20 mins. I ordered the miso soup base pork noodles with fried dumplings set. Even the dumplings are fine (a bit on the oily side, though). The quality is a cut better than some other so-called authetic ramen stores in HK. I am only surprised by the small number of patrons - maybe it is only because this is a weekday and I came early ... ...
Will definitely come back to try other noodles and goodies later.
