Nice place for lunch in Central

I had been a frequent visitor to this restaurant for lunch, given its central location, food of reasonable quality and portion, reasonably priced menu, comfortable seating and ease of making reservations. We called to reserve a table just 2 days ago.  I ordered 羅宋湯  almost all the time. The soup was good as usual with a pretty strong flavour of tomato. Unfortunately, there wasn't much vegetables in the soup this time. The bun was not warm at all but it was crispy outside and soft inside.

 I ordered my all-time favourite 太平館瑞士汁炒牛河 despite the fat and calories! I didn't find the dish oily at all. The Swiss sauce tasted really good and was more than sufficient for me to finish all the ho fun! There was a generous portion of beef and ho fun, although the beef slices could have been bigger this time. 

To balance the relatively fatty mains, I ordered hot lemon water as the accompanying drink included in the lunch set. 

Would definitely come back from time to time.
