Artisan Room will transform itself into a Coffee-Tea-Bar from 5:30pm to 10pm during weekdays, and from 12pm to 10pm during weekends. The barista will serve 7 Cocktails and 6 Mocktails created with our house signature coffee and tea, paired with bites from the time-honoured local snack brand Chan Yee Jai. You may even take a short tour of their relaxing space and gallery on the 2nd floor of the connected building, while everything can be purchased at the scene. For customer who spends HK$100
Oriental Artisan ($108)
It uses the Chen-pi to make a unique syrup, together with puerh tea, it is a complex cocktail where the savoury note of the aged tangerine peel draws out the flavours of the drink.
A cocktail that showcases our take on the Espresso Martini with the addition of coconut milk and Okinawa brown sugar, making it exceptionally smooth, with flavours of hazelnut and toasted bread from the Italian Costadoro Coffee that’s exclusive to Artisan Room.
A non-alcoholic version of the cold and refreshing "Mint Juelp", using nitro coffee instead of whiskey.
With no doubt, Artisan Room serves good old quality dripped coffee from single origin coffee beans. Using the hand crafted containers seems would make everything tastier!
Beef Jerky with Duck Liver ($35)
Beef Jerky with Fruit Juice ($35)
Sesame Cracker ($28)
A stringy sour and salty kind of cheese with an elastic consistency, which reminded us of our childhood.
White Chocolate Orange Cointreau E'clair $42
Artisan Room's infamous e'clair has once again surprised us with a new White Chocolate Orange Cointreau creation, which is a fruity cream e'clair with just the right amount of sweetness, while their eye-catching garlic basic one remained its unique characteristic of a mixed of herby garlicky flavour for your tastebud.
