This is my new favorite place for getting my burrito and taco fix. I'm no expert on Tex-Mex food, but this is the yummiest and freshest tasting food of the three that I have tried in Hong Kong: Little Burro, Cali-Mex, and here. I will happily stand among the ranks of those who praise this place for its tacos and proclaim that they are perhaps the most impressive things on the menu. I've tried the chicken, beef, pork, fish, and veggie tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them all. The soft corn tortillas

I will happily stand among the ranks of those who praise this place for its tacos and proclaim that they are perhaps the most impressive things on the menu. I've tried the chicken, beef, pork, fish, and veggie tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them all. The soft corn tortillas are especially impressive too. Unfortunately, when I took the taco pictures last time we came, I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between each one, as they each had fresh salad and whatnot on top of your meat of choice. All were delicious though.
Since we visited, I have twice ordered burritos for delivery---chicken, beef, and my wife tried pork (original, i know). These have been pretty good. Most impressive is the meat. The chicken burrito had a nice charred flavor. The beef was tender and savory, and the carnitas tasted like they should, (so far as I can tell). The other additions were nice too, although the entire thing comes off as a bit mushy since they don't wrap any salad stuff in it like they do at Cali-Mex. However, they do give you a small container of pico de gallo on the side, which you can pour overtop of your burrito as you chow down. I found this was a nice way to add some crunch to the burritos.
The chips and salsa remind me of home and are great.
Overall I definitely enjoy this place and I will probably order from here at least once per month.
Things to improve:
-Guacamole. I'm not sure how they make it or if it's technically authentic but I find the "smooth and creaminess" of it to be kind of a let-down. I like my guacamole chunky and bright green.
-More meat in the burritos: Sure, they're reasonably priced and it's $15 to get extra meat, but still one gets the sense of a "meat-flavored" burrito rather than a burrito stuffed with chicken, beef, or pork. I haven't ordered extra meat yet, so I'm not sure how much more you get for your $15, but next time I will definitely try it.
