▶️The first set we ordered: Chicken Skin, Chicken Heart, Chicken cartilage, Chicken Liver and Chicken gizzard.
Chicken is their specialty, featuring an incredibly variety of chicken parts. We took a seat at the counter and see the chef grilling all parts of a chicken, from heart and liver to gizzard, cartilage and skin. Every single skewers here is delicious, we especially enjoyed the crispy chicken skin and crunchy chicken cartilage.

If you need carb to fill you up, the lunch set comes with a donburi or udon, we chose the Sukiyaki Beef Donburi and Katsudon Pork Cutlet With Egg Donburi. Both were hearty and satisfying.

The dried puffer fish was grilled to give it a wonderful crisp and chewy texture. Bet you can’t stop at one!
