Came here to grab a quick lunch before my meeting.Got a margherita pizza for 99HKD.When I said lukewarm everything I mean lukewarm service + lukewarm food.I got in there at the frontdesk, the waiters didn't greet me, I had to proactively ask for a menu. Obviously, they responded without a smile.It wasn't that busy that day, there were quite a few empty tables, but every one of their staff seemed so busy for some reason... and the pizza took so long to be ready.I expected the pizza to be freshly

When I said lukewarm everything I mean lukewarm service + lukewarm food.I got in there at the frontdesk, the waiters didn't greet me, I had to proactively ask for a menu. Obviously, they responded without a smile.
It wasn't that busy that day, there were quite a few empty tables, but every one of their staff seemed so busy for some reason... and the pizza took so long to be ready.
I expected the pizza to be freshly made and hot since i waited for so long. But I was wrong, it was lukewarm... taste is good, just like any other pizza express. However, pizza's that are lukewarm are not acceptable...
I don't even know if i'd ever go back again.
*BTW, the do have sets, which are better value for money, but only available for sit down, which is quite disappointing.
