If you're expecting to blink your eyes and suddenly find yourself in a quaint old cafe in Turkey, then perhaps your expectations are too high. Or maybe you're delusional. What I like most about Istanbul Express is the quality of meat. The beef, chicken, fish and lamb selections are always seasoned and cooked perfectly. When is the last time you paid under $100 at lunch for nicely seasoned, tender and juicy lamb? In addition, I like being able to choose from the selection of four available sauces at the table.
