The menu is the same everyday (unlike some of the Cha chaan Teng franchises that rotate their dishes) and includes a variety of pastas (cooked in the HK version of Western style), salads, Korean spicy noodles, curries, and Southeast Asian specialities like laksa, as well as Western main courses such as grilled salmon.
The menu prices don't include a drink, which needs to be ordered separately and goes from $12 up.
Lobster sauce spaghetti with seafood ($72). The sauce was a bit bland and needs to be augmented with generous dollops of Tabasco
Notwithstanding, the ingredients are fresh and include fish fillet, shrimp and tiny mussels (I've never seen such small mussels!) The fish and shrimp are very fresh which is commendable. Next to me was an elderly couple who were eating the breakfast set and I could also hear them comment that the char siew was fresh!
The noodles were cooked al dente and was a form of linguine but a bit thicker than linguine. A few sprigs of rocket on top added a fresh crunch and livened up presentation of the dish.
The honey lemon iced water I ordered ($16) was good as well.
Total cost was $88 and acceptable for the quality of the food.
