Big fan of authentic Korean fried chicken. So much so I never have it in Hong Kong. But this place is decent even by Korean standards.Very pleased.Forget the other dishes - bulgolgi, bibimbab, etc. The star of the show is the chicken. Consistently tender and well cooked. Perhaps a little too much sauce but that’s a personal thing.Well done. Little lost on the foreign edition of BHC. BHC was a sensation in Korea a few years ago. Deserves to continue to be so in HK. Well done!
