I believe that most of the people love to go to MC Donald because they are effective. Last night (16 Feb 2005) I went to MC Donald for dinner and order a "Big MC" Meal set. I am so surprise that the staff told me that there is no more Big Mc left and I need to wait for couple minutes. The staff told me that he will bring me the Big Mc when ready. So, I grab a seat with the french fries and milk tea to wait for the Big Mc. After 10 minutes I have finish reading 5 pages of my book and finishe
I put down my book and left the french fries and milk tea on the desk and return to the cashier and ask for my Big Mc. I was so surprise that there was a lot of Big Mc on the shelf. But the whole groupe of staff was chic chating he totally forget my Big Mc.
Afterwards, I get the Big Mc from the cashier and return to my seat. Another staff come to my seat and put the dirty empty cup on my tray which the food I have not yet finish. When he reconize that he should not clean up the tray while customer still eating. He just take away that dirty empty cup from my tray and return the food to me. It is so terrible and discusting !!
I'm so surprise that so global leading fast food shop was ignore their services and lack of hygienic sense. Also, the duty manager is useless. She never try to tackle the problem.
I believe that I gonna to report to the hygenic department and the pubilc media regarding this terribile case.
