It has been awhile since we last visited Pizza Maru, thus we decided to have dinner there tonight. It was located at Mira Place One, few minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.Besides serving the traditional Korean fried chicken, they served pizza, pasta, risotto, desserts and drinks etc.Lychee cooler ade - It was gassy and refreshing. Even though there is no lychee meat in it, it has strong lychee taste and sweet in taste. Creamy spinach linguine with roasted salmon - Linguine was cooked till chew

Lychee cooler ade - It was gassy and refreshing. Even though there is no lychee meat in it, it has strong lychee taste and sweet in taste.
Creamy spinach linguine with roasted salmon - Linguine was cooked till chewy and creamy in taste. It has strong spinach taste and roasted salmon was soft and smooth and mushroom was chewy too.
Calamari - It was huge and round in size, and was fried till crispy and was very chewy, like chewing on rubbery texture.
Original fried chicken - Like previously, it was fried till the skin was soft and crispy. When i took a bite, the juice came flowing out and was soft and smooth. It was flavourful as well.
