Given it’s HK$15 each, it is a high CP value bun. The combination is interesting and you get to taste it differently if you reheat it. I personally prefer reheating it so that the exterior bun would go all crispy whilst the pudding in the middle is still a bit cold yet not too runny.
If you have it cold, the bun is very chewy but it loses all the crunch.
The best way is to try both ways and find your favorite.
Overall, if you separate the pudding from the bun, both elements are just mediocre. But with a bit of creativity, there comes a good combination. I understand the hype but I won’t queue up for it 😅
