Saigon Pho was a popular Vietnamese restaurant at Kowloon City and since we were around that area, we decided to have dinner there tonight. They served rice, pho, snacks and drinks etc. They offered set for 2 or 4 person as well. Ice longan and fresh coconut were sweet and cooling, with longan juicy. Coconut meat was chewy and soft too. Hainan chicken rice - Rice was cooked till fragrant and chewy, with chicken chilli sauce provided. Chicken was steamed till soft and smooth as well.
Premium angus beef pho - It was served in a huge bowl, with generous serving of pho and beef. Beef was tender and juicy, served in medium rare. Pho was soft and smooth too, with the soup clear and sweet, absorbing the essence of the beef broth.
