NOOT is the first cafe to open in HK in 2022 (opened on 1 January), located between the border of Happy Valley / Causeway Bay. NOOT stands for No OT (overtime) which is something the owner experienced previously during his time working in the banking sector.The chips, served with newspaper looking cone come with ketchup and truffle sauce, was crispy and tantalising.On its opening day, 4 cakes were on offer and I picked the honey cake. Latte was pretty good as well, you get both options of nutty/fruity. Unfortunately pancakes were sold out when I visited, but will defo come back again soon!
