Hot tea in open paper cup

Terrible experience, my hand was burnt by the hot tea. I ordered hot tea outdoor, and they gave a qr beeper, and I paid and the beeper ringed to pick the drink. The waitress put hot tea in a open Paper CUP, not covered, no food tray, no paper cap, no nothing, and handed over to my hand and asked me to hold the heavy door and another hand hold the open hot burning tea. Of course the hot tea spilled to my hand and and my hand was burnt to red. I told the waitress to give me the cap, and questioned

She said next time you need to put a comment in the order!!! So here is my comment!
