The serving team is extremely rude and arrogant. Won’t go again. We have people arrived before our booking time and the rest of the group joined after 15 mins of booking time at 6:15pm. The waitress already said since we have other customers coming, let me introduce you the menu. Does she need to say this?? Is this a fast food restaurant? They didn’t communicate to us there’s a time limit in dining when we made the booking. There were no people around. And other tables only ordered couple drin

The serving team is extremely rude and arrogant. Won’t go again. We have people arrived before our booking time and the rest of the group joined after 15 mins of booking time at 6:15pm. The waitress already said since we have other customers coming, let me introduce you the menu. Does she need to say this?? Is this a fast food restaurant? They didn’t communicate to us there’s a time limit in dining when we made the booking. There were no people around. And other tables only ordered couple drinks and one dish. The place was not even full when we left at 7:15pm. We didn’t even want to stay for another minute.

Later the same waitress screwed up an order and gave us another dish with a higher price. We only found out when we got the bill. We told the waiter this is not we ordered, instead of trying to investigate what went wrong, the rude waiter replied, “You ate it already, you should have informed us before you ate it.” Didn’t they have the responsibility to ensure they have proper hearing to get the order correctly? Pushing responsibility on customer for not telling them they screwed up is very rude. This is the first time in my life to get this stupid response. Horrible horrible experience. We were not trying to bargain and we knew we ate it without knowing it was a wrong order. Their carbonara didn’t look like normal carbonara. How did we know the other dishes is what it is?! Rude and arrogant restaurant.

Even the food tastes ok but the portal is half the size of you paid for. Their size of the main dish is like a side dish. No matter how ok the food is, I would never go back. We spent over $350 per head!!! This one is black listed forever. Zero star for this place.
