Horrible food and poor service

Horrible experience! Lunch today with a friend. Both mains were undercooked, lobster and trout. Tasted very bad. They remade the lobster for my friend, but looking at the second lobster, I did not even bother to ask for the trout. My crème brûlée was not fresh. Even worse, when the teas were served, without proper tea pots, the waiter just put the two cups of the tea on the table. We are puzzled, this was not the right way to serve the tea. Despite we checked with different waitor, nobody tried

Lunch today with a friend. Both mains were undercooked, lobster and trout. Tasted very bad. They remade the lobster for my friend, but looking at the second lobster, I did not even bother to ask for the trout. My crème brûlée was not fresh. Even worse, when the teas were served, without proper tea pots, the waiter just put the two cups of the tea on the table. We are puzzled, this was not the right way to serve the tea. Despite we checked with different waitor, nobody tried to fix this simple problems. This is a fine dinning place in HK, each set cost nearly 900hkd/set. But it is not fine at all, food is lousy, waiters are sloppy.
