Horrible attitude, unbelievable

We ordered dinner sets and started eating at about 8:30pm. At 9:30pm, while we were still having the main course, the waiter already served the bill and asked for payment. We didn't react, as we thought it was absurd to request guests to pay before they finish food (the restaurant closes at 10:30pm and clearly there was not another round of guests; there was no limit on our dining time, either). We ordered dinner sets and started eating at about 8:30pm. At 9:30pm, while we were still having the main course, the waiter already served the bill and asked for payment. We didn't react, as we thought it was absurd to request guests to pay before they finish food (the restaurant closes at 10:30pm and clearly there was not another round of guests; there was no limit on our dining time, either). The waiter came back again, asking us to pay. We said we were still eating and the desert didn't even come yet. He said he would get us the desert right away (even though we were still working on the main course). Then we asked why he forced us to pay right then. His answer was simply "everyone else has paid but you". No kidding. Then he tried to play other tricks such as taking our plates away in a rude way...unbelievably confusing and unfriendly. Will never come back to this place again. Worst dining experience in Hong Kong.
