Dinner here with my family for my mum's big birthday. ordered some signature dishes. Nothing grand, no lobster, no shark fins (i'm totally against eating shark fin after watching the documentary Sharkwater. ) or sea cucumber...etc Good old honest cooking. simplicity, great attention on details. absolutely brilliant! 萬壽困牛肋肉 is what is still keeping me up now to write this! I love beef brisket. This is simply the best I have ever had! beautifully tender and juicy. after a few chew, it just melt
