Ordered this Hokkaido Cheesecake to celebrate colleagues' bday. .The Hokkaido Cheesecake was topped with chantilly cream and had a biscuit crunch base. The cream was incredibly smooth and not heavy at all. The cake itself was milky, although the cheese flavour was not very pronounced. Its appearance was not particularly delicate either.
