ACE restaurant in YMT a typical HK cha chaan teng exclusively staffed entirely by females, including kitchen staffs. One would assume the hygienic standard might be better than other cha chaan tengs in HK. The restaurant is still fairly new and therefore clean and not dirty. Came here for breakfast and ordered their signature satay noodle breakfast set. Scrambled eggs freshly cooked and were smooth, fluffy and slightly runny. Satay beef was mostly tender with spicy satay sauce, the instant noo

Scrambled eggs freshly cooked and were smooth, fluffy and slightly runny. Satay beef was mostly tender with spicy satay sauce, the instant noodles were al dente. Milk tea was standard.

For $35 bucks, can’t argue.
