Having tried the steampot in Mong Kok branch, first time to try the hotpot in this Wan Chai shop. It was located at Luard Road, just 5mins walk from the MTR station. Quite convenient!Upon our arrival at 7:30pm, we saw there had been quite some people waiting. Good that we booked in advance and we were quickly seated in 5mins. The restaurant was quite spacious and there were VIP rooms provided - each person just had to pay $20 more for it.Finally, we order the semi-all-you-can-eat hotpot set!1) D

1) Drinks飲品 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): Quite some soft drink choices in the freezer that you could choose. Typical ones included coke and other soda juices. Herbal tea would be my recommendation - home-made and not too sweet.

2) Beef Skewered 牛柳串燒 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): Special gift of the day. Although it was free, it had good quality - soft and juicy. Good start of the meal!

3) Spicy Chicken in Pot 招牌雞煲 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): To stay healthy, we chose to have the least spicy one but it was equally tasty. The chicken was soft and meaty. Although it wasnt spicy, it had a strong herb taste, which stimulated our sensation! The restaurant provided unlimited refill but personally advised not to eat too much. Otherwise, would be too full to enjoy the rest of the hotpot!

4) Crab and Clam Soup 新鮮蟹窩花甲湯底 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): The orange bear you could see was made of minced pumkin which added a rich taste to the soup but yet didnt cover the other toppings taste. Best to accompany with seafood. Although had to add money for it, it was worthy! Besides, there was a full crap in the soup that was fresh and meaty.

5.1) Lobster 龍蝦(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Two persons shared one lobster but it wasnt small. Just a few mins and it would be fully cooked. The lobster meat was fresh and solid, easy for taking off. No need to add any soya sauce and itself already had sufficient taste.

5.2) Fish 深海魚(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): There were around 6 pieces in total for 2 persons. The slices were rather thick and they were fresh - did not have any frozen taste even for hotpot. The fish itself was a little fatty and there were no bones. Even people didnt like fish such as me would love to eat!

5.3) Abalone 鮑魚 / Clam 蚌 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): Quite fresh and big in size. However, we just put them in the pot but forgot... Finally over-cooked... Therefore, strongly reminded to mark down what were in and got it up accordingly.

6) Hand-made Meat Balls 手打肉丸(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Three types in total - beef / pork / cuttlefish. Compared to other balls by machine, they were all of good texture. Cuttlefish ball was the special recommendation - it had a strong cuttlefish taste and was very chewy! Each person getting one was definitely not enough...

7) Sliced Beef 牛頸脊(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Slices were thick and not fatty. Compared to beef in other restaurant, it had a strong beef taste and chew texture. Just to boil around half a min and that would be enough.

8) Other Toppings 火窩配料(❓): This set included unlimited order of other toppings. Quite some choices, even included high-standard food, such as pork slides and dumplings. However, we were very full at that time that we didnt order anything... Besides there were some better ones that need to add money for. But we didnt try neither.
9) Daily dessert甜品 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): Very rich milk taste and the pudding wasnt too hard. A good end of the meal!

All in all, this restaurant served high-quality food for both hotpot and steampot. Besides, the service was good - the waiters came several times to help us changed the dishes. Must come back to try for the 3rd time!
