The portion is quite generous😋 and you can easily taste wagyu in every spoonful of fried rice. There is a truffle paste which further elevate the taste.🤠
We further added fried hiroshima oysters (+HK$36)
and sashimi (+HK$38). Surprisingly, the oysters are very fatty and fresh 🤯🦪 Nice ❤️🔥
So here goes my ranking of the sushi🍣💯
1. Roasted flounder fins / 火炙左口魚裙邊壽司 👑👑👑 (HK$20): the fats and oil will melt in your mouth 🥰
2. Eel / 鰻魚壽司 (HK$28)👑👑: a very satisfying and thick piece of eel 😋
3. Cattlefish / 紋甲墨魚壽司 (HK$23)👑: quite fresh and sweet 🦑
4. Akami tuna in soysauce / 醬油赤身吞拿魚 (HK$28)👑: the marble of the tuna sashimi is beautiful 😍
5. Hokkigai Clam / 北寄貝壽司 (HK$18)
6. Amberjack / 油甘魚壽司 (HK28)
7. Saber clam / 馬刀貝壽司 (HK$23)
