Yakitori dinner. Not a big restaurant: counter seating 9; and 4 tables. Could store your bag inside your seat. 2 chefs hard at work. Thread Fin (燕鰶/馬友)- this was def the most fascinating dish of the nite. Never had that on a skewer before. Chef warned to keep the skin facing upwards to retain crispness- which was indeed very crispy.
Chicken soup (雞湯)- wholesome but a bit too oily.

Server highly recommended the ox tongue but we were really too full. Next time.
In summary: as with all yakitori joints, had to immediately put all clothes in washing machine and jump into the shower to wash out the smokiness, but this one was def well worth the trouble. Everything was skillfully done. Much better than a lot of well-known shops in Central. Yakitori fans must try.
