OVERALL: 3 ramens to choose from and 3 add on’s to choose from, defo order all three if u have 2/3 ppl eating because you don’t want the long wait time to go to waste! two separate bar table seatings, ok comfy environment for a high turnover rate
🦪ikasu - most light ramen in terms of soup/ filling outta all the options, dasi soup brings out the taste of the oyster effectively
🍜koeru - thicker broth than ikasu, love the chewy ramen and defos the pick for a creamy rich oyster dish!
🇯🇵asobu / tsukemen - playful twist on the noodles, sheet udon w/ uber thick dipping sauce - filled w/ oysters & pork
