This reflective, mirror-ish sign might make you think that there is another new coffee shop in Sai Ying Pun, yet, it’s actually a new burger restaurant!  My friend and I both chose the Mirror Burger, and a Burdock fries to share. The Mirror Burger consists of a delicious layer of beef patty made with 75% lean USDA certified beef (4oz), handcraft veggie patty (rocket, rosso lettuce, onion, tomato), American cheese, red wine onion jam and house sauce. The house sauce is absolutely gorgeous! A bit like American BBQ sauce. The red wine onion jam was superb too! And the beef patty was very juicy and flavoured! There is nothing I don’t like about this burger.

The Burdock fries were very special and delicious! Thin and crispy, a healthier option to fries. Highly recommend you to give it a try!

Definitely coming back again for other burgers!
