What’s better than a hotpot on a winter day? A lamb hotpot!! Lamb is always the saviour in cold days. It warms you from stomach to heart. This lamb hotpot speciality is the right place.Tried two different platters, one standard roll and one with various premier cuts. I would say the regular one would actually be enough to do the job 😉 I also ordered some lamb grill since the fragrance from the next table was too tempting. But the minced lamb paste was quite nice.
When eating spicy hotpot, there are two must-pick to me: celtuce and chewy noodle.
Celtuce just goes well with anything spicy and I had to order additional plate! While the chewy noodle is the chilli bomb, always spicy as hell🥵 A love-hate relationship that I cannot say no to❤️🔥
