Hainan Chicken Rice

I ordered the Hainan Chicken Rice for takeaway. I like it much better than 栢檔去骨海南雞飯. The rice has more flavor and the basic set comes with soup. However, I was not satisfied with the sauces. Again, the ginger scallion oil sauce have no ginger and taste. It must be a Hong Kong thing. In Los Angeles, the ginger scallion oil sauce have big chunks of scallions and grated ginger. I give this place in between a 'happy face' and 'ok'
