I was arriving to Hong Kong for holidays I have tried to book nearby hotel for my convince to stay near airport I have found this hotel regala skycity hotel with great restaurants options.I stopped at regala skycity hotel and came by this beautiful restaurant Vivace Mediterranean cuisine I was greeted by professional servers that introduce me to the concept of the restaurant and the menus.The staff are very professional I have selected the beef tartare for my starters it was absolutely delicious

The staff are very professional I have selected the beef tartare for my starters it was absolutely delicious then following up with my soup Minestrone absolutely loved the soup then I had my main course which was the dry aged Rib eye which was highly recommended by the servers it was so tender and juicy I was surprised and then I ended my dinner with tiramisu for my sweet tooth I will highly recommend this restaurant for all the travellers to stay at this hotel which has great offerings of restaurants.
Last but not least I was in love with Vivace Tikki Tikki Cocktail absolutely Polynesian inspired cocktail great taste
