Cheung Hing Kee is a newly opened takeaway restaurant that ONLY offers Shanghai style pan fried dumplings. After a not so satisfying dinner at a restaurant nearby, I stopped by to get something good to fill me up. The restaurant displays the kitchen in which you see the traditional large pans fully filled with dumplings being pan fried on the spot. The normal pan fried dumplings cost HK$28 for four dumplings but I decided to go the extra mile and try out the black truffle dumplings which was HK$
