Forte is a great place for lunch or dinner at Kwun Tong Area. Cozy environment made you feel comfortable dining here. My family decided to go for the dinner set menu. I was impressed by the antipasti and sashimi semi-buffet as they have different varieties such as Parma ham, duck liver paste on boiled egg, Norwegian smoked salmon, mozzarella cheese with tomato, beef carpaccio, olive prawn, fresh green salad... etc. There is chef at sushi bar serving fresh sashimi. I ordered salmon, tuna and shrimp. FRESH!!!
The highlight of the bread is their homemade blue cheese bread!! Delicious👍.
Soup of the day is one of my favorites - Mushroom soup. Nice and creamy at a right temperate.
My main course is marinated cod fillet with Matsutake & Miso. Very juicy and tender. The portion is just right. My mom tried the signature dish - Australian lamb rack with coffee crust, this is also very good.
Dinner ended with desserts and Illy's coffee. Overall, very good!! Looking forward to try their new dinner set menu!!
